Vessel Body:

Baffles:

Sparger (Aerator):

A ring at the bottom that pumps in tiny bubbles of sterile air to give microbes oxygen.

Jacket/Coils:

A water jacket around the tank that circulates cold or hot water to maintain the perfect temperature.

Sensor Probes:

Built-in dipsticks that continuously measure pH, temperature, and oxygen levels.Feed

Inlets:

Secure entry tubes at the top used to add nutrients, chemicals, or anti-foaming agents.

Sampling & Product Outlets:

Separate valves at the bottom used to pull out test samples or drain the finished product.
